1. Who is responsible for your data
MB Monarti, Lithuania, is the controller of personal data processed through the Holdr mobile application and website (collectively, “Holdr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Information Holdr processes
The Holdr website currently uses no advertising trackers and does not sell personal data or receipt content.
3. Why we process information
To provide the service
We use account and purchase information to create your private cloud wallet, keep your files available across devices, calculate and display warranty status, and provide downloads and sharing. This processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
To read receipts you select
When you choose automatic receipt reading, the selected image is processed to suggest purchase details. The result is an assistive suggestion - not a legal or eligibility decision - and you can correct it. This processing is necessary to provide the feature you request.
To send reminders and service messages
We send account, security, and transaction messages when needed to operate Holdr. Warranty notifications are provided only when you enable notifications on your device and can be disabled in Holdr or device settings.
To protect and improve Holdr
We process limited technical information to prevent misuse, diagnose failures, secure accounts, and improve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and dependable service, balanced against your rights.
To meet legal obligations
We may retain or disclose limited information when required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, or other applicable legal obligations.
4. Providers that help operate Holdr
We use service providers only where needed to operate Holdr. They process information under their own contractual and legal safeguards:
- Supabase provides authentication, database hosting, private file storage, and server functions.
- Microsoft Azure AI Document Intelligence processes receipts you choose to scan to extract suggested purchase details.
- RevenueCat helps manage subscription status and purchase entitlements.
- Apple and Google operate their respective app stores, payments, subscriptions, and platform services.
- Hostinger provides company email and domain-related services.
We may replace or add providers as Holdr evolves. This policy will be updated before a material new use of personal data begins.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Holdr uses authenticated access, private storage, per-user database controls, and encrypted network connections. No service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your password and keep original documents whenever a warranty provider or law requires them.
Account and purchase content is generally kept while your account is active. When you delete a purchase, its controlled record and associated files are scheduled for removal. When you delete your account in Holdr, account records and private files controlled by Holdr are permanently removed, subject to short technical recovery periods and information we must retain by law. Security logs, support records, and subscription transaction information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Update or delete individual purchase records inside Holdr.
- Export account data from the profile menu to save or share a copy of your details.
- Delete your Holdr account from the profile menu or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
- Disable notifications in Holdr or your device settings.
- Email privacy@useholdr.com for another privacy request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Children
Holdr is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to use an online service in their country. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data without valid authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Holdr changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
