Account deletion is permanent. Download anything you want to keep first.
Delete your account in Holdr
- Open Holdr and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture.
- Open account settings and choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Delete an individual purchase
You can remove a purchase and its attached receipt images and warranty documents without deleting your Holdr account:
- Open Holdr and sign in.
- Open the purchase you want to remove.
- Choose Delete purchase and confirm the warning.
This removes that purchase and the cloud files attached to it. Your Holdr account and your other purchases remain available.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access Holdr, email privacy@useholdr.com from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject “Holdr account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
What will be deleted
- Your Holdr account and profile information.
- Your purchase records, receipt images, warranty documents, and notes.
- Cloud files controlled by Holdr that are linked to your account.
Deletion may take a short time to complete across backups and technical systems. Limited security, support, subscription, tax, or transaction records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your Holdr account or the app does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google store subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
