1. About Holdr
Holdr is provided by MB Monarti, Lithuania (“Holdr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Holdr helps users organize purchase details, receipt images, warranty documents, expiry dates, and reminders in a private cloud wallet.

2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Holdr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Holdr on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, use Holdr only with valid permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. What Holdr does - and does not do
Holdr is an organization, document-storage, and reminder tool. It does not provide, sell, extend, guarantee, or validate a manufacturer or retailer warranty. Holdr does not decide whether a product, warranty, return, repair, or claim is eligible.
You are responsible for reviewing scanned details, official warranty terms, claim requirements, and deadlines. Keep original documents where a manufacturer, retailer, insurer, tax authority, or applicable law requires them.
5. Receipt reading and reminders
Automatic receipt reading and date calculations are designed to save time, but receipt formats and warranty rules vary. Suggested information may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review information before saving and verify important dates against official documents.
Notifications can be delayed or prevented by device settings, connectivity, operating-system behavior, or service interruption. Do not rely on Holdr as the only way to meet a legal, contractual, return, insurance, or claim deadline.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your receipts, warranty documents, purchase details, notes, and other content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Holdr and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Holdr to:
- store or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing material;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- circumvent plan limits, payment controls, or security measures;
- interfere with Holdr's operation or use automated access that creates unreasonable load;
- misrepresent documents or use Holdr to support a fraudulent warranty, return, insurance, tax, or payment claim.
8. Free and Premium plans
The Free plan supports up to three purchases. Holdr Premium provides unlimited purchases and the Premium features described in the app at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, billing dates, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under your store account and the applicable store rules. Unless cancelled through your store settings, subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan shown before purchase. Deleting Holdr does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Holdr reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change to improve Holdr, meet legal requirements, address security risks, or support platform changes. We will use reasonable care to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active subscription without appropriate notice or remedy required by law.
10. Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using Holdr or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
11. Intellectual property
Holdr's software, design, name, logo, and original materials belong to MB Monarti or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Holdr for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Holdr or permit copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative services except where applicable law expressly allows it.
12. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holdr is provided without a promise that every scan, date, reminder, file, or feature will always be complete, accurate, or available. We are not responsible for warranty decisions made by retailers, manufacturers, insurers, or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights available to consumers in the European Union. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for Holdr during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact support@useholdr.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use courts or alternative dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Holdr, applicable law, or our business changes. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date above. If a material change affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
