A laptop receipt in your inbox. An appliance invoice in a drawer. A photo of a furniture receipt somewhere on your phone. Holdr gives these records a home alongside the purchase they belong to, so you can open the item and find its documents together.
From paper receipt to saved purchase
- Photograph or upload your receipt. Capture the whole receipt, including the retailer, date, item description, and total. Check that small text is readable.
- Review the purchase details. Add the product name, retailer, and purchase date. Automatic receipt reading can fill in details for you, but always check the result before saving.
- Attach related documents. Keep a warranty document with the purchase instead of leaving it in a separate folder.
- Return to the saved purchase. Open its details when you need to find or download the receipt.
Built around purchases, not expense reports
Holdr is for keeping track of things you own: electronics, appliances, tools, furniture, and other purchases. It is not an accounting system or a tax-filing service. The focus is keeping your purchase records and warranty information accessible.
Can I throw away the original?
Not automatically. Retailers and manufacturers have different document requirements. Keep an original when required, and check the applicable return policy or warranty terms. Saving a copy helps you organize evidence; it does not guarantee that a return or claim will be accepted.
What if I replace my phone?
Your saved purchases and documents are tied to your Holdr account. Sign in on the replacement device to access your cloud wallet. Make sure each upload has finished before relying on the saved copy.
